Nasca (e-mail)

Em and I are in Nasca, a little city in the desert about 7 hours south of Lima. Tomorrow, we´re going sandboarding (!!) on one of the highest dunes in the world (2000+ meters). Then, I´m heading up in a teeny airplane for an overhead view of the Nasca Lines (huge designs etched in the earth a lonnnnng time ago) while Em chills out at a pool. Despite being winter, it´s really warm here during the day. But word is that it´s equally cold at night. Welcome to the desert! Then, we´re planning to take an overnight bus to Arequipa, the next stop on our trek. Love you all!
