In Santiago!

I arrived in Santiago yesterday morning and have been busy with orientation and training activities. It feels like I´ve been here for ages already. Something about total sensory overload makes the days seem like weeks. The upside is that it´s a sure cure for feeling like days fly by without much happening, which I was feeling in the States.

I´m here in a hostel in downtown Santiago with the other 19 teachers for the next four weeks. After that, I´ll be moving in with my host family elsewhere in Santiago. That will be a whole new onslaught of sensory overload!
